In my latest blog on the ITAM Accelerate website, I explored the need for greater trust across our industry. The idea for the blog was triggered at one of ITAM Accelerate’s Cafe sessions, where we realised that a streamlined software recycling & license optimisation process first requires the implementation of a really slick request process so employees have confidence that if we take their software away, they can get it back the moment they need it again. 

I realised that building and nurturing trust just makes IT and managing technology so much easier at every level!
