We are very pleased to support, in our own small way, a new global trade body for the IT Asset Industry – the ITAM Forum. It’s a non-profit membership organisation, led by ITAM professionals for ITAM professionals and has two key aims:

1) to elevate the position of ITAM by sharing knowledge and best practices that focus on business value and aid to grow the profession
2) To create – and be a caretaker of – the new ISO19770 standard certification program so organisations can demonstrate the quality of their ITAM practices

Our principal consultant, Kylie, is an active member of two of the forum’s workstreams – the certification work stream and the evangelism workstream.

Kylie says:

“I’m super excited about the certifications workstream particularly. We’ve made more progress on certification in the last 6 months than we have previously in my whole time in the industry!”
